I am wondering if anyone has any stock times for B20's or with a vtec head?

Too many variables including what chassis the motor is in, what transmission is used, what ECU is used, what tires are used, track condition, driver skill, etc. For the most part, if you mate a GSR tranny to a "stock" B20-VTEC motor with stock VTEC ECU, it'll be roughly similar to that of a stock B18C GSR setup, assuming in the same chassis with similar driving skills.
