Calling out the hybrid guru's. Disabled egr, is there a way to get rid of the cel?
First off, this is a 93 del sol 's' with h22. I didn't hook up the egr system since I was running a chipped p28 after the swap. I'm switching to a obd1 p13, and the infamous egr cel came up. I was wondering if there is any way to trick the sensor into reading the correct vacuum, trick the ecu by supplying the correct voltage artificially, or desolder ecu components to remove it for good? Has anyone ever beaten code 12 without hooking up egr correctly?

Thanks Katman. Not the answer I was hoping for, but good info. Also, you chip ecu's right? I chipped my p28, and was going to chip my p13 too. Can you tell me what is different between chipping a p13 and p28? I looked for everything, but I couldn't find all the resistors to de-solder. I've even searched pgmfi, and I can't find a how-to.
