Default daily driven Hybrid?

(please read threw) Im in the process of building a b20/vtec and this is what im going to do:
b18 block bored over and sleeved (to make it a b20)
eagle rods
je pistons
gsr block girdle

b16 head (off a 00 sI)
leaving it stock

blah blah all that othere stuff too. Im wondering on how this car is going to provide me with daily driven abilitys if it is going to be really reliable or is it a better setup stricly for the track, I want a fast car but daily driven reliablity. I am hearing some mixed opinons on this setup, but I need to know because im picking up the block, head and ecu next week. Any info appriciated.

That set up isn't that wild. Most people who have b20vtecs run similar set ups. The only thing that I could see that might hinder streetability is the pistons. And that only depends on what compression you are going to be running. Anything over 12.0:1 would be a little too nutty for the streets..well, just a little too nutty for the 91 octane that we have in CA...not sure where you are.

You can get 100 octane. It's just expensive.
