d16z6 swap??????
i have a 93 civic vx hb and im thinking about swapping in a d16z6 motor. i was just wondering if anybody has any experience with this swap. is the motor basically bolt on. can i use the same ecu, tranny, wire harness. is the motor all i need to do the swap or will i need some extra parts to get the car up and running?

It would be best to get the complete D16Z6 motor, tranny and ECU. You can reuse your stock VX engine harness and axles. The VX tranny sucks badly, honestly you would see better performance by putting an EX/Si tranny on your VX motor than if you put in the Z6 motor with your VX tranny. You could have your VX ECU chipped to run the Z6 motor but it would be easier and cheaper to get the P28 Z6 ECU. Other than that, externally the motors are the same so the Z6 is a direct bolt-in.
