D16Y5 Vtec wiring
I have already done some searching, but I still have specific unanswered questions regarding the wiring of the D16Y5 Vtec.
Let me give you a little bit of history so you all know what's what. I have a 1991 CRX Chassis/harness with a D16Y5 swap. I'm OBD 1 using the 1991 Integra LS computer to run CRX HF sensors and harness. Still using the HF tranny (I know, I know, but the fuel mileage is great and I only have to shift ONCE in the quarter mile!). Civic headers. Blocked EGR with plate. No CEL.
Here is my question. Is the green/yellow wire (2nd pic) going to the Vtec solenoid the low amperage hot wire or high amperage? There is another spot on the solenoid side that has two male connectors coming out (1st pic) and I don't know what color wires go into them. Is one of these hot and the other ground?
Right now I'm running on one intake valve and it's getting old. I plan on just putting in a toggle switch for the Vtec until I can muster up the $75 to get an rpm relay.

Thanks in advance
