Default D16B swap to a ZC

Recently replaced a D16B7 in a 93 Civic to a ZC DOHC, all went well except a few unanswered items 1) what model car should I reference for the upper rad hose ?
2) no vacuum connection on the ZC intake manifold for the purge control solenoid going back to the charcoal canister, just plugged the vacuum line at this time and running well, is this a concern other than for emissions? 3) the engine light stays on all the time, do I need to change the ECM or clear simply clear the memory. Total for swap so far $600 cda. plus liquids and new headers

enjoying the challenge in CDA,

don't know for sure on 93, but 88-91 uses 89 Integra or 84 Accord (need to trim length) upper hose - for vacuum line at purge solenoid, put a tee into the line that comes off front of intake manifold to dashpot (line on left) and run to bottom of solenoid with another line from side of solenoid to cannister (won't hurt anything to leave it plugged like you have it) - check to see what code the ECU is giving for the CEL - which ECU are you using?

thanks for your help the 84 accord upper rad hose fit ok with a little trimming, the dashpot connection ? i'm assuming the TPS is the samething, if so the ZC has the sensor mounted on the intake itself so that takes away that vacuum line, the only possible connections i have to the intake is the egr, fuel regulator and main tube in the intake hose, what is the purge valve suppose to do anyway, does it allow unspent fuel to get from the charcoal canister to the intake when high vacuum is present? if so what happens to this unspent fuel if the line is plug? haven't gotten to the ecu yet, using the original from the 93 cx, i have to read up a little on how to get the codes before i can tell what the engine light is all about,

tks, again
