Default D-series with TECII possible to use B-series Pulley

Does anyone know the difference in crank pulleys between the D series and B series engines ?? Electromotive sells a crank pulley trigger for a B series and I was wondering if the bolt hole diameter on the pulley is the same for the B and D allowing me to use the B series timing wheel and trigger.
Also if anyone has setup a TECII on a D-series OBD-0 any advice would be helpful.
It's going on an 89 Integra.
