Default D series head question

Before you tell me.. I searched and I didnt find anything. Only found for mini-me swap.

Can you put a nonvtec head on a vtec block?

Im guessing d16 block and d15 head.

Yes you can.
Switch the oil restrictor over, and you'll be good.

You might end up with low compression though.
