Default D-series D16A6 to CR/VTEC Swap or B-series swap people.

Can you use the D-series 1992-1995 Civic Si slave cylinder on a 1996-2001 Integra transmission? Because I got a 1996 ITR transmission to use and it doesn't have the slave cylinder on it, I thought they were all pretty much the same and was told by a few people the D-series slave cylinder would work on a B-series hydro trans. I'm doing a built CR/VTEC swap into a 1993 Civic Si...anyone help me with this answer.
