CTR vs. B16a intake manifold - comparisons (pics)
In the middle of my intake conversion, I took some pics.
CTR IM - slightly shorter and fatter runners
CTR plenum chamber and overall height is lower
I felt the CTR IM is slightly heavier than B16a IM Overall the B16a IM is still a fine piece of engineering, better than the DC2 SiR dual-stage IM anyway

looks good , one question, have you lost or gain any power from the upgrade...i heard there is some gains on b16a at the top but loss at the mid-range....

The R manifold is made for top end power... so yes, I'm expecting to gain some on the top and maybe lose some below. Wait for my dyno results when I've finished
