Default CRX motor swapping

Ok heres the story, I have an 89' CRX Si and have an LS motor waiting to go in. Now my friend saw a HF CRX and i told him i would sell him my motor so he could put it in his car. Now, my question is, what will he need after I'm done doing my Ls swap? aka wiring harness or anything like that. thanks, any help appriciated

he should be able to mod his wiring harness, and maybe have to get an injector resistor box to go from dual point injection to multi. other than that it should be a damn easy swap! Now, your LS swap isn't half as friggan easy!!!!

do you know what pins you have to swap on the ECU(PR4) to get her to run?(i;'m puttin in an ls now into my dx)

I think that the hubs in the hf will have to be swaped out with si or dx hubs but I think that the wiring is the same from the si to hf

If the LS swap is going into an HF chassis (assuming that it's a 90-91 LS swap), everything will plug right in and bolt in with a mount kit and everything that is in your car. No need to change the injectors or anything as the HF is already MPFI. Only thing that will need to be changed are the hubs to allow for the bigger Integra axles. You can use either DX or Si hubs, or even DA hubs (use the CRX upper A-arm).

Well i have and OBD1 integra engine and its going into my 89' CRX Si, when i take the Si motor out, my friend wants to put it into his HF CRX... what does he need to do to make that Si engine swap work? if that clears up anything lol.

nothing really. use the si ecu and everything else will be fine. he will need si or dx hubs if he wants to use your si axles. or he can use the hf axles on his stock hubs. but you should really get him to upgrade the brakes anyways.
