car is a 1991 crx si

engine is an obd2 ls

tranny is a cable y1

everything is bolted up and in the car.

engine harness has been modified as follows:

distributor plug swapped to obd2 style plug, checked several times based on info on HT as well as out of the helm manual.

coolant sensor from back of block moved over to coolant neck

obd2 style injector plugs spliced on

injector resistor removed and wires spliced

evap purge plug swapped and extended.

replaced coolant gauge sensor plug and ect plug as they were damaged

obd0 to obd1 jumper harness in use, using obd ecu chipped and programmed to stock ls spec. NO check engine lights showing...

the car wont start!

its getting spark, thats been checked, has new plugs as well, distributor ohms out ok as well. replaced fuel filter. engine very occasionally starts, but will not stay started, and dies as soon as any throttle is given. BUT if i spray carb cleaner into the manifold it runs great.

so it seems its not getting fuel, is there anything else that anyone can think of short of pulling the tank and replacing the fuel pump?

u converted your motor to obd1 correct? it says your using an obd0 to obd1 jumper harness? so you need everything on your motor to be obd1 (distributor). I have an obd1 LS swap in my crx. I didnt have to change anything on the motor because it was obd1. I had rywire do the engine harness for me. The car fired right up perfect. did you have a fuel problem before you pulled the engine? my guess its the wiring.
