CRX hf with B16A1 wants to get a ref sticker
is this possible? i am here in the san diego CA. area and would like to get any info from people locally that have done so.
and any other info would help me out greatly like what parts i would need
i heard that i need to have everything changed to odb1 is this true?

if the motor is obd 1 you need all obd 1 components...
