how tight do i make the cable?when i push the clutch pedal down it goes to the floor without any effort...also does anyone know how hard it is to pull up on the clutch arm to disengage the clutch?

when i got the motor from osaka it had some broken things but i know now i should have checked the clutch before i installed it,anyways how tight do you tighten the clutch cable?the more i tighten it the clutch arm starts going up do i go until it stops?also i cant put the shifter into any gear while the motor is running,but when the motor is off i can,so that means the clutch is engaged i think so since i cant get the cable to pull the arm up i was wondering how hard it would be to pull the arm up until the clutch releases?

ok nevermind the first two posts...what clutch cable fits and works the best for crx/b16?...cuz right now i can only adjust it to engage the clutch right when i start to lift off the pedal
