Default CRVTEC-what would be the best solution for a cable trans car?

I did a B16 swap in my 86 CRX. The swap came with an LSD cable trans. I am going to build up a B20 and swap the heads. What would be the best thing to do for the tranny. I heard that the b16 trans is weak compared to say an R trans but they are all hydro right? Name your ultimate street/race solution for my trans. I don't want to switch my car to hydro. I was thinking about this.

Keep my trans-Quaife LSD-4.7 or 4.9 Final Drive.
