Crank and TDC wiring question for EF's HELP

Default Crank and TDC wiring question for EF's HELP

O.K. I'm re-doing the wiring in my 91' civic HB that I have a B16 in it. I have one problem I'm seeing two different wiring directions for DPFI-MPFI as far as the two blue wires one with the green tracer and the other yellow for TDC. The DPFi-MPFi the two diagrams I have for just swapping a plain SOHC 1.6L Si motor say the TDC wires go in pins C3 and C4. Well the two I have for wiring DPFi-MPFi for JDM DOHC ZC's both say they go in C1 and C2. Whats the deal. I looked on hybrid garage web site and I'm running a PR-3 ECU and they have the ECU pin out points for a PR-3 and it says that they go in C1 and C2 like the ZC's but the ZC's TDC sensor is on the exhaust cam and not in the dizzy like Si's and B16 does that make any difference ? so where does the pins go for a B16 into my EF. Thanks Oh one of my sources for the DPFi-MPFi that says they go in C3 and C4 is my old Import tuner magazine. and my Sport compact car mag. says C1 and C2 so both are reputable sources thanks for the help guys. Oh and why are there two different directions ?

Also I used to have a ZC before my B16 well I have to re wire or re-pin so to say the one distributer connector cause the ZC is square and B series is round. Well there's two wires that are the same color. Two white wires. I believe they're for the crank sensor the orange and white how do I make sure I'm connecting the right two together or if I did mix them up I'd know it cause the car would throw CEL's for the Crank sensor or such ? Thanks again
