Could I use the EVAP wiring for IAB's?
I have a 97 EX and I am installing an H22 using the civic harness and a p13 ecu. I have everything else taken care of minus the IAB's. I am not going to be using the EVAP so i was just curious if anyone has used the existing wiring for the evap and re-pined them to be used for the IAB's. Before I crack open the Helms, wanted to see if anyone else has already done the research to do this. TIA for any help you may provide.

Ok, So i am using a Skunk 2 OBD conversion harness as well, (Not sure if that makes any difference) Here is what I think I am going to do: On the OBD2 side switch pin A15 to A26 on the conversion harness, which should send the signal to the evap wiring. Now I need to splice the remaining wire which is Blk/Ylw into a Ylw/Blk wire at the junction harness which is what i have learned from HT. Can anyone confirm if this should work? And sorry about the lack of knowlege but where is the junction harness?

Re: Could I use the EVAP wiring for IAB's? (spoink)
if your going to repin it at the ecu and then hook the other end to the IABs then it will save you from having to run some wires. it will work just fine, only make sure youhave the correct ecu pins, and that you hook everything up right at the IABs
basically your just saving your self from runing wires by using existing wires that you don't need. seems smart to me
