could i use 90-93 teg shift linkage for b18c swap in a 93 civic hatch?

Default could i use 90-93 teg shift linkage for b18c swap in a 93 civic hatch?

alrite, i just finished searching and seems like noones really sure. some say it'll fit, some say its too short. i want to know from someone that has actually done it, or seen it fit. not i heard it'll fit i'm hitting the junkyard in the morning and i know theres couple 90-93 tegs there, and most likely no 94+.

no, you need 94+ shifter linkage, it's different on the 90-93.

Sorry but yes you can use it....I took the shift linkage from my 92GSR and used it on a b16 swap on my friends 92 hatch...bolted up and works like a charm

they are different, held next to one another they have considerable differences other than part numbers. I would buy what you know works.

theres your answer. he did tried it out himself and said it works. hopefully he didnt say it for the hell of it. LOL

They do look different but it will work. I'm running a 92 shift linkage on my 96 gsr civic. Who ever says it doesn't, obviously never tried it.

i tried it and it works thats what i'm using right now. payed a lot less than what 94+ teg linkages go for

I agree it will work...
in a reverse fashion my friend used a 94-01 integra shift linkage in a 90-93 integra and it bolted up fine.
