Default Confused Myself doing to much B20 into EG research NEED final answers

I have a 92' CX Hatch im in the middle of building a B20 vtec turbo motor in hopes of putting out 350-400hp I did alot of research all over the net but mostly on different honda forums. I just need some light on things that im confused about:

1. The Harness; Now correct me if im wrong but I can use my cx engine harness for my b20 vtec turbo motor but I only have to add 3 more wires to the 02 sensor making the 02 sensor a 4 wire sensor right ?? if so where do you those 3 wires go to ? the ecu ? I didnt find a diagram showing how to do so. But I also read somewhere that cx engine harness may be missing some sensors that the B20 vtec motor needs and is better/easier to use a 96-01 LS harness with a LS ECU and/or a SI harness with a P28 ECU

2. The ECU; Since im building a B20 vtec turbo motor I planned on using the hondata s300 in a P28 as my best source for brains cause I never heard of anyone using a chipped P05 for such a beast that im building or do they ?? unless theres a cheaper ECU plan to go with that can run the my project ??

3. The Block Guard, Block Gridle, & Sleeves; From What I read and know Its a must to use all 3 in the kind of project that im building. I have the option to buy a built B20 block from my friends friend. I know the block is not sleeved but not sure if it has a block guard or block gridle on it. My question, is a golden eagle block guard, block gridle & golden eagle sleeves hard to install myself or do I have to get a shop to install those for me ???

Since im doing most of the build myself to save money Any true advise would help me alot thanks

you will need to add 3 wires for the heated O2 sensor and 2 wires plus a ground for vtec. You have a couple of options on how to do this, you could:
A. add all the wires to your existing harness, most work, cheapest
B. get a '94 - '95 DX/LX harness and then just have to wire vtec, more expensive than option A, but less work
C. get an EX/Si harness, the '92 EG civics are unique in that the vtec wiring is integrated into the the vehicle harness from the ECU to the passengers side shock tower plug, all '92 to '95 CXs have the 4 wire O2 sensor prewired at this point as well, but only '92s also have vtec, therefore using an EX/Si harness essentially makes everything plug and play, although you will have to lengthen certain wires to reach sensors. This is probably the most expensive option, but definately the most convienent.

2. if you use the s300 you dont need a p28 you could use any obd1 ecu with the s300

3. no you cant install that stuff yourself a machine shop have to do it and your local machine shop can not install sleeves
