Default Comparison between REAR Brake Calipers Question

I have been unable to locate any ITR rear calipers; are there any other calipers (or carrier brackets) that will locate the brake far enough out from the spindle to clear an ITR sized rotor? And bolt onto a 99 Civic Si (or Integra GSR suspension) Possibly 97+ Prelude ? I am talking about REAR rotors, and calipers. I have the front setup already determined. The car is a 99 Civic Si.

Thanks, Ken

Yes, a 92-96 Prelude VTEC will work too (same caliper). Also, base RSX and Civic Si (EP3) calipers will work with slight modifications.
