code 22
 

i know its th vtec oil pressure switch or as honda calles it the valve timming presure switch but how can u check to see if its broke? ive been getting code 22 constantly and ive tried different wireings http://images.zeroforum.com/smile/mad.gif is the switch broke? leave me some feedback thanks http://images.zeroforum.com/smile/acura1.gif

Check your oil level. Every time I've gotten that code I was low on oil....... There was a thread on this a while back(can't seem to find it though)

Or unbolt the solenoid and clean it.

Do you have a v-AFC?????

That's what i'm wondering.... cause if you turn the vtec engagement points to low I believe it will throw the code... at least it did on mine....
