Default Code 13? Can anyone shed some light?

I'm in the process if doing a B18A1 into an 88 CRX HF. All is well, however I gave the car a statr today and the engine runs. It doesn't sound to bad, tho it's running straight header at the moment. Now the prolem is that i'm getting a code 13 (one long & flash 3 short). I look it up and what I get is Barometric pressure senor?? I thought this was inside the ECU? If I ignore it will it hamper my engine? MY car i got my B18A out of was in a pretty nasty wreck, one that I am lucky to have survived. Possible damage to the ECU?

Thanx for any help

`steven
