clutch for h22
The clutch in my car is slowly starting to go out so i'm getting ready to put in a new one and wanted some ideas as to wich one i should go with. I want something that will still be decent on the street ,since its still going to be my dd for a few months, but it needs to be able to handle slicks and hard launches and around 400 hp when i get the engine built and boosted.

Re: clutch for h22 (HybridcivicLS-T)
I've played with a couple budget clutches over the years , and I've experimented with the act street disc w/extreme pressure plate but that seemed ok but the pressure plate was pretty stiff and also tried a action 6 puck w/street pressure plate and that worked ok. The last 2 1/5 years I've been using the compettition clutch 4 puck sprung and it's been holding strong and good for street driving. I made 470whp 340tq for like 2 years and now i'm down to 411whp 320tq on 16 psi for street use and I'm happy. I've heard of guys making 575whp on this clutch with the upgraded pressure plate. It's a good option for street use and a good alternative to the $1200 twin disc .
