i think it is a hasport wiring converter and i had ProSpeedPower do the engine harness wiring. Should I try a new ecu. Is it a p13 ECU?

If you are not knowledgeable enough to fix this problem yourself, take it back in to whomever installed it and tell them it is not performing the way it should and that they need to fix it.
