D-series ninja

k. my JDM gsr is throwin a code 14 ( iacv code ) i know it doesnt have a leak, and im pretty sure its a good iacv.
doenst really effect anything accept right at 1500rpm's it wants to sputter and get all shitty and jerky. and when your barely in the throttle like just cruisin it is super super touchy like your on and off the throttle.
im sure theres some people that had the same problem. just wanted to know if there is anything i should be particularly looking at / for / checking.
-obviously make sure theres no leak
- make sure iacv itself is not broke
- make sure the screen is clean

there anything else to this really ? cant really figure it out. and its my daily. and it just annoying. so any help would be appreciated.
