car wont start...ls vtec
I just got everything in the car ready to start and i unplugged the dizzy to prime it...ok everything is fine. I plug the dizzy back in to start it and it still just turns over but wont start up. the timing marks all lined up on the t belt and i move the dizzy back and forth and still nothin...do yall think the dizzy or cap would be bad from sitting for like 2 months??? It worked fine when i pulled it off my car. No check engine light, i pull the plugs and they are slightly wet, like not enough fire, you can smell the gas in the exhaust pipe with a lil smoke, it jumps a bit like its getting fire every now and then while cranking...would my battery being low prevent it from getting good fire....
any help would be appreciated...

Re: (swapped95)
well i just dropped a b16a sir2 into my coupe and it wouldnt start all it did was turn over, go to the store and get some starter fluid and spray it into your intake. then you can start troubleshooting from there.

My Buddy Had The Same Problem With His LS/Vtec. It Turned Out There Is A Coil Inside The Dizzy And That Went Bad. The Bad Part Is Its Like A $200 Coil. That Might Be It You Could Check It Out And See If Thats If.
