i gotta 94 hatch Si w/ a JDM GSR swap. The car was running fine one day and it cut off. I have replaced the dizzy once already. the problem is, is that the car wont start, it will crank but wont fire. We have spark, and fuel.. even tried a working dizzy.

you might want to check your timing, ive had the same problem and ended up being one tooth off

when I did my swap my B18C1 wouldn't fire for ****.. And it was the timing as he stated. It was barely off but enought to where it would just fire once in like 15 cranks, so you might have the timing off after changing the dizzy.

Check all of your grounds, especially the one on the thermostat. Also, like stated, re-check timing and check for fuel.
