cant pass smog p28 b20vtec, chip? cat?
I have a obd1 p28 ecu skunk2 chipped with a b20vtec. I'm looking for a chip that will pass smog. I did a smog test run but it failed because the nox was high rest were ok. plugs are new, compression is 9.5:1
If anyone has passed or has advice. It'd be helpful
