Default Cant get get temp needle to work on my Hybrid

I was wondering if you guys could help me with my B18 EG, its a 94 CX with a 95 LS motor. I can't seem to get my water temp gauge to work and my radiator fan isn't turning on I don't want it to get hot and overheat. I have two plugs that are in the back of the block which are not connecteed right now. I'm assuming there oil and water temp but i don't know where they go on the wiring harness. Any help is apreciated, thanks
