Long intake manifold runners, with angle grind on the mount of it for smooth intake flow, large throttle body, and 4-2-1 header. Also, retard timing a few degrees to move the power lower in the band, tune the cams with cam gears for the same. Getting a shorter geared tranny and bigger final drive will help multiply the effect. I can't see getting more than 15-20 ftlbs extra though with just bolt ons, will have to go with head milling or higher compression pistons, and while you have the engine apart...

ok lemme explain this simply
if you want low end (torque) -> you loose high end (horsepower)
if you want high end -> you loose low end.
if you want low end (torque) -> you loose high end (horsepower)
if you want high end -> you loose low end.

I'd planned on building up the bottom, then slapping a drag III turbo on it. I figure that should put me in the low 12,s high 11's with full cx trim.
