here goes again, i have a 99 civic ex 5spd. i put in a 2000 prelude motor (25000 miles) 5spd. i used the civic harness, and fit it to the motor. i am using the 2000 prelude ecu (the immobilizer has been taken off) . i am using the 2000 prelude distributor. We are NOW getting spark, but the car will still not turn over all the way... we think its because the injectors are not firing... does anyone have an idea why they would not work? or what is this i hear about a resistor since my injectors are low impedence? i cant find any resistor box for 98-2000 prelude. please everyone.. gimme some ideas. thankx

the preludes have external coil distributors and you dont even have a plug on your civic harness for it

no, u are rite.. the civic harness doesnt have a plug for the external coil, but i rewired the harness, and i took the wires from the distributor and the coil and ran them straight to the ecu where they go. and my distributor is working now..so im not sure....

check the main relay. is the fuel pump priming (turning on)? check your fuses and all your grounds. there can't be too many culprits.
