Can I reuse EG4 motor mounts when doing a B-series swap?

If they are mounts for a B-series in an EG, sure. I'm not up on all my chassis codes but if you are referring to stock D-series mounts on a B-series then no.

They are the stock EG4 mounts (D series).
I know I can use stock Integra (DC2) mounts straight into an EG when doing a B-series swap, so I tought the stock EG mounts would work as well.

No, because while the EG & DC chassis share the same mount points, the engine interfaces are all different so you must use the correct mounts for both the chassis & engine together.
