Can I maintain my Civic rear LCA's with a 5 lug conversion?
I am asking because I found a 5 lug conversion for a good price. The only probelm is that I just received my Tein's and my TCS rear lca's and they are both for my 92 vx hatch.

I don't have 5 lug so I can't say for sure if they will be retainable with the 5 lug.... but I wouldn't see why not. ITR/JDM/ US Civic ones all bolt to the spindle and chassis with same mount and thickness. Only difference is the where the shock mounts.
Now your Teins on the other hand could be a different story- are they for a 92-95 Civic or for an ITR?

The Tein's are far a 92-95 civic I made sure because I order the Rear LCA's with them.

Then I doubt there would be a problem, but before you install everything make sure the LCA's fit the new hubs.

YES.
you do not even need to unbolt the LCA from the chassis when swapping in new Trailing arms, whether 5-Lug or just installing a poly bushing in the T.Arm.
your all set dude!

YES you most definitely can. They Civic rear LCA's will go right onto the ITR trailing arms no problem.
Just bolt 'em up
