Can I chip a vx/cx ecu

Re: Can I chip a vx/cx ecu (Coupe de'Etat94)
Nearly all ECU's are chippable to some degree. The VX ECU can be chipped to DOHC VTEC specs like the P28. The CX ECU can't be changed in that manner.

because the vx ecu is a vtec ecu.........you can still chip the cx ecu (i dont know a lot about doing so, but i know other ecu tuners know how), but i dont think you can chip the cx ecu to dohc vtec specs

You can chip a CX ECU to DOHC VTEC specs and that is a fact.
You need to do the basic P06 to P28 conversion and add a transistor for the 4-wire O2. The P05 and P06 ECUs are nearly identical with respect to board type (1720-1500 and 11F0-1500).
