Default can anyone confirm what an obd1 code 1 is for?

im running a chipped p28 in my 92 vx hatch. after i got rid of the damn code 41 by converting to a 4 wire o2 sensor, it started throwing a code 1. ive heard this means the sensor itself is alright and hooked up fine, it just means youre running to rich/lean. can anyone confirm this for sure? TIA

code 1 means low voltage to o2, test it should read 1.0v or higher

code 1 is actually oxygen content so your air fuel could be way off or your oxygen sensor itself is going bad

just to clarfiy. 41 is for O2 heater which can also mean the O2 is bad and or wiring is bad on the heater circuit. 1 is for O2 either bad or unplugged. check the signal wire for the O2 and or all the wires and also test the O2.
