CALLING ALL B16A 1st GENS!
Below is the reason i wired my O2 sensors the way i did. let me know which way you think is right.

Primary O2 is C16
Secondary O2 is C8
That is for an OBD-0 PR3 & PW0 ECU. Looks like you have it wired up correctly. If you're still getting an O2 code, it's either one of two things.... you need to run shielded wires from the sensor directly to the ECU with no breaks in the line, or the O2 sensor itself is bad.

Hmm you wired the O2 to look like a red "X", that might be a problem.
