CABLE TRANNY ON A HYDRO MOTOR?!?!?!??!?!!?
I got a 1997 Integra LS motor, comes stock with a HYDRO tranny.....wondering if my 1992 Integra JDM XSI YS1 CABLE Tranny will work with the motor?
The motor is meant for Hydro, so just wonderin will my XSI tranny (cable) will bolt onto the motor? Lemme know thanks all!

I just finished that swap...exact swap...
You need the Hasport Hydro-Cable Conversion Kit and your cake.
It's not bad to install either.

which car? if for the teg then sure just reuse your old tranny, no modas needed,
get the motor, you might just swap the distributor and fuel injectors for your old car for ease, and plug and play, reuse your harness and ecu...the blocks are the same so is the head and intake (to a point)....but all will work like a charm
also to let you know...all b-series trannies are interchangble with b-series motor-they all work its just matter what chasis or car you are dropping it in, same goes for d-series....
