Ok, here is the deal. Im using my stock 1992 a/c compressor, with the gsr a/c bracket. Its heldon by 3bolts.so its all good, but i jsut found out that one of the boltswas old and broke off. so now i have to take it all off and either try to drill out the broken bolt, or get a newbracket. But here is another idea, i am thinking about jsut taking the whole a/c off my car. I live in wisconsin, not too hot of summers, but it is always nice to have a working a/c for trips.
what would you recomend? Im asking becsaue if i were to sell my car to you, would you want a/c or not?
And 1 other thing, what bracket would I buy. so it fits on my 99 gsr motor, and fits my 92 compressor. I wantthe compressoron by 4 bolts, i want it right. i hate rigged up ****. please give advice. thanx.

There are a lot of posts about this. You will need the Del Sol SI AC bracket. I believe it is called a P-54 or something like that. SCC magazine did a b-16 swap into a CX hatch. It addresses this.

or i think hassport will sell you a new one, juet be ready to PAY for it from what I have heard.........

ok, thanx for the info so far. But i really want to know what you guys think about keeping the a/c or taking it all off. I can jsut get a new bracket, but is it worth it? I want your advice wheter or not to keep the a/c or not. and if I take it out, is it worth anything? if its worth some money, i would take it out and sell it, but its got to be worth some decent $$$. I guess its jsut that WI doesn't have that warm of summers. and maybe someone else can use this more than me.

A/C all depends on you. Do you like to sweat when it is 99 degrees and humid? Ill keep a/c thanks.
