Brake swap on a EK hatch?
I have the 99 gsr disc brakes on the car already and I have the 99-00 SI proportioning valve waiting to be installed. I am buying a GSR master cylinder from my friend too. What else might I need before I start this?

Re: Brake swap on a EK hatch? (96Spec Ek)
You really arent doing anything to the car by putting the Si prop valve. You really dont say if you have Si rear discs? I noticed a real difference in my EK when I went from a CX Master 15/16th Master to the R 1 inch. Pedal travel was significantly reduced. So save your money and get the stuff that counts! I dont think the GSR unit will make that much difference.

i got a DC5 master cylinder and booster on my EG with Integra brakes, pedal has very good feel and travel is very nice. on your EK though.. you dont need the "Si" prop valve.. EK hatches.. ALL of them have the same prop valve as the Si.. call Honda and compare the part numbers.
