H22A..... already in the works with a real "bolt-in" kit (well, 85% bolt in... just weld one mount to the frame) by HCP and should be out later this summer, and won't be that expensive either. I've already gone for a ride in another H22 EF hatch.... very fun and it handles the SAME as my old H22 EG hatch, and similar to my current H22 EK hatch but more fun .

This thread went all to hell. RWD Nissan engine into a CRX? Put the pipe down man. I'd go B18C or B18C5. With the B18C5, and I/H/E you're at 180whp on the stock head and internals. Can't beat that.

not to mention the need to convert to righthand side wheel. ( alteast you have to do that in nissans)</TD></TR></TABLE>
they weigh the EXACT SAME except the 25lbs for the second turbo, manifold and extra piping
and you do not have to convert to RHD for it.
do some research man. my RB25 will be here in a few weeks.

a brand spanking new rb26dett requires either a custom steering rack or a rhw conversion in an s13/s14 nissan. Atleast thats what the nissan folks say.

Why in the hell are we still talking about Nissan motors? No one gives two craps about them in this thread, since we're talking about HONDA motor swaps into a HONDA CRX.

here is why
"which would be the best for crx if money doesnt matter???????"
he asked a broad question, so i gave him the best motor. then i got in an argument about the 26 motor and how it DOES fit in a 240.
im sorry if you dont give 2 craps about them, but some people do, so back off.

I had a eg hatch b18c1 .... I/H/E/Clutch/ VAFC/ Suspension.. I used to eat Type R Hatches... The C5 is a road race engine. I think the C1 is perfectly engineered for street purposes... I am no expert, that is my opinion though
