Best sounding muffler for B16a.
Does anyone have a really nice sounding muffler on their B series vtecs? I thought tanabe tunable would sound good but my friends doesnt and I got the same for my car. Although my car isnt actually running yet I can get a good idea from his that this is not what I want.
My setup off the Head is a mugen(JASMA) header to 2.5 in no-cat and all the way back. The muffler can be horizontally or vertically positioned of course.
I was thinking Apexi or maybe even giving flowmaster a try??? Oh, yeah I would like it to be super low and semi-quiet or tunable.
Thanks

Re: Best sounding muffler for B16a. (4G-CIVIC)
my greddy sp is nice and relatively quiet (until vtec kicks in of course!) with a deep and smooth tuned sound. Some of the systems I've heard sound a lot louder but unfortunately they usually sound like **** to me

Most custom exhausts usually come out sounding like ***. I've always been in love with Tanabe's sounds, so I would recommend that. Good luck.
