best fuel pressure & ignition timing for LS/Vtec?
Right now I am at 17 degrees timing, and about 38 lbs of fuel at idle, think it goes right above 40 when I rev it up. Im running the mugen program, so should I change anything?

pump the fuel up just a bit. I am running about 43-44lbs at idle. its a litte rich, but the power is good. and your timing is advanced enough to handle it.

Honda's have O2 sensor that determines fuel mixtures and compensates by reducing the length of time the injectors are delivering fuel once it determines its running rich. If it was lean, it would increase the duration the injectors are dumping fuel.

ECU only uses the O2 sensor at idle and when cruising. If you're accelerating hard it runs straight off the programmed fuel curve, and this is what you care about when you mess with fuel pressure.
