i asked before and people said they haven't heard of this problem, i took some pics of my situation

i bought the mounts off the internet from some company in canada...they look to be decent quality

the clutch cable bracket and cable itself are in the way
in the second pic you can see how the battery tray will not sit level

Thats odd. I've never seen that. I'd relocate the battery to the hatch if it won't fit there anymore. The odyssey racing battery is slimmer so it might fit there. You would have to trim the plastic tray.

Chop the tray, because the battery should still squeeze in there just fine. Or do a relocation..

Put that **** in a bettery box in the hatch.

The battery tray isn't level because it's caught on the clutch cable. You're going to have to notch the battery tray for clearance of the clutch cable then see if the battery will fit. I'm not too impressed wit this mount kit to say the least.
