Default B20Z2 oil pump VS B16A1 oil pump

Are they different? What is better for B20/B16 hybrid?
I fitted one from B16 but maybe B20 pump is better
Thank's for answers

being that the casting is roughly the same size, I would say stick to the b16 pump, generally vtec oil/water pumps are superior.
