im pretty sure that the b20z comes with the shorter one with that midrange power chamber or something. right? hmmm. anyone have a reason not to use the stock one? i hear it can hurt higher rpm power.

yeah, thats it. does it fit in an eg(hood closing problems)? and is it any good for performance, or should i just use the ls im?

it should fit, here is another pic of the B20Z IM without the airchamber, its basically an LS IM with a hole on the top and an air chamber.
And heres a B20B IM and an LS IM for comparison.

What are the differences between the B16, LS, B18C, and ITR intake manifolds? I was wondering if you could put any other intake manifold on the B20. And if you so, are they any better than the LS intake manifold?

only the LS is a direct bolt on, I've seen GSR and ITR IM's but they were moded.
If you want a better IM get a Skunk2.

anybody with an ls using the skunk2? if they noticed gains that would be good. i know the skunk2 is good for N/A, is it worth it for FI?
