EF'n

i am double checking all the wiring now, but please give any advice. i put a b20z with b18a misc junk swaped over to help. here is my problem, when i turn the key to on the main relay starts clicking and humming away. turned the motor over for awhile anyways and i blew the 60amp battery fuse. i put a new main relay in just to see if that was the problem but it still does the clicking. where did i go wrong on this turd? if you can help you will be rewarded via parts. thanx
