Default b20vtec ecu question?

ok first off i have a 98 crv 4wd auto tranny
i have a b16a3 head from a civic si
i am planning on putting it on my b20 in my crv i know i need a conversion kit
and i plan on waiting to do it untill i can put in new pistons and rods

but the only thing that im not sure about is what to do with the ecu and i ask because i have an auto tranny what should i do/use to get this to work properly

uhm.

not sure what ecu the crv has but might call hondata to see if its compatable.

otherwise, use a 99-00 civic si or type r ecu with hondata... or soemthing

do you know where i can get one because i dont realy have the option to switch to a manual tranny in my crv there just arent that many around
