Default b20b into a ef9 hatch..good price?

i went to my local import shop today askin for prices, he recommen'd a b20b swap in my lil ole std hatch, he say'd $700 for a complete motor block, head, tranny, axles, ecu, eveything,,then $ 600 for the install,, he said with h/i/e/ and a good ecu, i would dip into the 13's

does this sound like a good deal to everyone, i might do it, i need some feedback,, he said it would pull like a mother f'er..

thnx
