Default b20b with b18b tranny?

I was interesting in swapping a b20b/z into my ek. I have seen that most sites that sell the b20b motor sells it only as a longblock. Why is this?.. So can i use the b18b tranny or maybe even the b18c/b16a trannies?

Thanks you guys.

You cannot use the CRV transmission in the civic. It doesn't fit and it is cable actuated.

So, take your pick from all of the other B series trannies for your B20.
Hint: Turbo = B18 N/A = any other but, the best is the Type R (LSD)
