Default b20-vtec valve spring and retainer?

Should the valve spring and retainer be replace if you were to go with a B16a head? If so, which one would you recommend? Thanks

It is only necessary to change valve springs and retainers if you are changing camshafts... if you intend to use the stock B16A cams, you wouldn't need to change a thing.
